Precise Electrical Calibration is critical, when Designing, Manufacturing & Calibrating Sensor based electronic instruments. The instrument can not be accurate if the electronics data acquisition and measuring circuits are not accurately calibrated.

Our Electrical Calibration Rack contains the precision instruments used to calibrate the Insitu Sensor Systems.

Our primary setup includes: DC Volts, DC Ohms, Frequency, these are shown below.

We also have calibration equipment for: AC Volts (Fluke AC Volts calibration box), DC Current (Fluke Decade calibration box), Capacitance (GenRad standards), Inductance (GenRad standards)

The Fluke 732A Voltage Standard is used as the source for DC Volts calibration. The 732A is rated at short term stability 0.5ppm, and stability at 1 year 6ppm. Shown on the transfer meter, 1.000016 Volts (on 1V range).

A set of 10ppm laboratory resistance standards are used to calibrate DC ohms. Shown on the Fluke AC/DC bridge 1.0001 Kohm on the 1.0001615 Kohm standard.

A Rubidium frequency calibration box is used to calibrate Frequency. The stability is rated at 5ppb long term. Shown on the Tek frequency counter 10.000016 MHertz on the 10MHz range.
