Precise Optical Calibration is critical, when Designing, Manufacturing & Calibrating Optical Sensor based electronic instruments. The instrument can not be accurate if the Optical Emitters, Sensors and other components are not accurately calibrated.

Our Optical Calibration Room contains the precision instruments used to calibrate the Insitu Sensor Systems.

Our primary setup includes: Optical Power, Spectrometer, Spectrometer UV & Blue High Resolution, Beam Profiler, these are shown below.

Each Sensor Head is calibration for Emitter Optical Power output and Wavelength, Sensors are calibration for input sensitivity and wavelength.

Optical power can be measured for individual laser and led emitters, as well as completed sensor head units.

Wavelengths can be measured for individual laser and led emitters, completed sensor head units, and optical components.

Beam profile and diameter can be measured for individual laser and led emitters. The long linear slide optical fixtures are set to the desired focal distance to perform the beam profile measurements.
