These are available as repair-replacement, spares, and upgrades. For replacement purposes, such as K465i, they can be configured in advance with all your existing run configurations. Installation can be done in 4 hours or less.

Customers may ask: "Why is that computer specialized? Why does it require specialized service?"

We normally just say "Insitu Control Computer", but actually contained inside are all the electronics. The box actually contains the precision digital and analog electronics that processes the information from the sensor heads. It has a 10" x 12" multilayer custom electronics PCB, double sided surface mount. There are 680 electronic components on the PCB.

The electronics inputs the sensor information, analog signal processing, does the digital electronics FPGA for wafer synchronization and timing for the motion of the platter. The Precision Analog to Digital converters feed that information into the computer, the Software logs the data, sends it out Ethernet to the main control computer, and generates the user display real time pictures.
